What Causes Erectile Dysfunction While Having Diabetes?

Sir, good afternoon. I am at 33 years and from the last 4 years i am suffering with diabetes and getting treatment. My problem is, from the last few months my erect in my penis is low. I then contacted a doctor and he suggested me to take tadalfil 10 my per day and weekly one injection of enaprime. For some time it was working food. Now again I am suffering with earlier problem even though I used the medicines. What is the suggestion for my problem.

It is common complaint in long term diabetics. This is due to the nerve dysfunction.

The first thing I want you to take care is to check your blood sugar levels weekly and monitor your diabetic drug dose.

See that FBS is below 120 and PPBS below 140mg/dl.

These symptoms reverse once this is corrected.

Have you checked your thyroid? Please check TSH, T3 and T4.

Go to a Endocrinologist once.

It is not common to get Erectile dysfunction at the age of 33 and don't get used to drugs. Know the root cause and get treated.
