What Causes Erectile Dysfunction While Suffering From A Hydrocele?
Hello. I have a hydrocele that was detected over 3.5 years ago. There is no pain, but it seems that I do not have an erection as I used to. Also, I do have some problems performing as I used to. Can this hydrocele be causing my problems? I am 66 years and in perfect health otherwise. I only take vitamins. Please help. Thank you, Bill.

1. doctors have recently postulated that hydrocele that occurs during the latter part of your life [as in your case] may occur due to infection or inflammation in the testicles.
So best is to visit a Urologist or an Andrologist to be sure whether ED [erectile dysfunction] is structural or functional.
