What Causes Erectile Dysfunction While Suffering From Prostate Cancer?
I was diagnosed with stage 2 prostate cancer and received radiation therapy and I get a anti hormone shot once every 6 months. Lately I noticed I can get a flimsy erection without ED meds and it is extremely pleasurable if I masturbate. I was told that I wouldn t feel any pleasurable sensation due to the hormone shot and possible nerve damage as a result of radiation treatment. what DOES THIS MEAN?

It is due to impingement or encasement of the nerves by the tumor.
Consult a urologist and get evaluated. You may improve with surgical removal of the diseased gland.
