What Causes Erectile Dysfunction With Hard Bumps Beneath Foreskin?

Hello, Doctor, I seem to have a urological problem. From around 10 days I have problems with the libido. My penis feels numb, and it is difficult for me to get an erection, and even if I do, it goes away very quickly, and there is nothing I can do to restore it. Moreover, today I have noticed that I have many small white bumps beneath the foreskin of my penis. I have read that in most cases these are called penile papules and are harmless, but mine seem to be thick and hard and coupled with the loss of sensation and difficulty of getting and erection, I am a bit worried. I am 20 years old and haven t had sexual contacts recently, so I know that it is not an STD. Can you help me out? Thank you.

Hi i did review your concern
My advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get the lesions on penis evaluated. Even though you did not have any sexual contacts recentlt some oft the STD have long incubation periods and they can manifest long time after unprotected intercourse.
All the STDs have definite treatment but important part is the right diagnosis so my advice would be to get evaluated. The blood test needed would be complete blood count and VDRL/RPR test.
I hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Wish you all the best.
