General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The dysfunction of erection post an injury indicates possible damage to lumbar spinal nerves or penile nerves most likely. I would like to evaluate your MRI plates for detailed study if you have it available along with you or online file sharing would be best option to march ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
