What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi,I am living in saudi arabia for last 4 years,Now I am newly married but there is some problem in my sexual relation.when I go to the bed with my wife then erection dont come in my penis.when I away to my wife and think about for her then erection come.I dont know what is the problem with me.which test I need to perform for the better sexual relationship.

Ji, Thanks for posting about your problem in HCM.
After reading your post, it appears that you don't have erection problem at all. Only problem is you are unable to perform the act with your wife.
This is more of psychological than physical illness. It is mainly due to apprehension and nervousness or shyness. It happens to many and you can also overcome it. So don't worry.
Spend more time in foreplay. Get into the act slowly when you are comfortable and confident. You can also practice 'start and stop' technique.
Remember, your wife also has to support and cooperate in this regard. After few proper occasions, you will do really well. All the best.
