I understand your concern.
What problems you are describing is more of psychological than physical due to apprehension and
anxiety. Most men have this problem that they think to have
premature ejaculation and
erectile dysfunction, especially before marriage, but certainly not.
You can overcome the problem by doing the following.
1. Kindly practice 'pause and squeeze' technique, which over a period of time helps you to sustain erection for a longer duration.
2. Take Tablet.
Tadalafil 30 minutes before intercourse to get good erection.
3. You need to overcome apprehension or anxiety by doing
meditation regularly to keep your mind calm.
4. Include in your diet - almonds, banana, pineapple, saffron, cardamom, figs, honey and pumpkin, which are known to increase the blood flow to the penis and help to initiate and sustain erection.
5. In case you have increased sensation of the penis, use of topical anaesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agents, such as
lidocaine or prilocaine will help.
6. To prevent ejaculation quickly, you can take medications namely Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
Sertraline.
Spend more time during foreplay. Once you regain your confidence, you should be able to gain good erection gradually and perform better. Later, you may decrease taking medications or take only when it is absolutely necessary.
