Doing it regularly is not known to have any adverse effect on health such as hormonal imbalance, causing weakness, decreasing sexual ability or performance and affecting fertility.
What you are suffering from is premature ejaculation. This is more of psychological problem than physical illness.
You need to keep your confidence levels high.
Kindly practice 'pause and squeeze' technique as part of behavioral therapy regularly.
Consume diet containing milk, almonds, dates, figs, honey and papaya, which would help to improve blood supply to penis and sustain proper erection.
Practice meditation regularly to keep your mind calm and healthy.
You can take Tablet.Tadalafil to sustain erection when necessary and apply local anesthetic cream to decrease sensitivity.
Gradually, you should be able to sustain erection for a longer duration and improve in your performance.
