What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
I am 22, have had issues with getting erections. I took some pills, over the counter, and now I have a slight pain in the lower base of my penis and testicles. When I do get an erection and ejaculate it sometimes aches. I still have troubles becoming aroused. Why me? Lol

there can possibly be an issues with the penile blood flow due to the engorgement of vessel and erection is causing pain ( as mentioned aches).
you need to get a penile Doppler study done for any obstruction to the blood flow.
Also mentioned is trouble getting aroused -please do mention if this is due to the pain you experience and also if you feel pain during early morning erections.
