What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi, I am gaurav. I am 35 years old, wt. 84 kgs, ht 165 cms.I am suffering from erectile dysfunction for last few months. I have got my lipid profile, sugar, hormonal and all other tests done and my doc tells me that except for low hemoglobin all other tests are normal and that my problem is due to low hemoglobin. What is your view?

Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you are facing problem of Secondary Ejaculation .

It is a common problem that every one faces some time or other in sexual life and is due to some sort of hidden stress factors either at work place or in familiar life and most of the time gets resolved over a period of time .

Low hemoglobin can contribute to Erectile Dysfunction in addition to performance anxiety which is supposed to be common cause for secondary Erectile Dysfunction performance .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
5) Taking hematinics drugs will help to increase hemoglobin levels .
