What Causes Excess Bleeding During Intercourse And After Taking Pills?

Hi, I'm 18 and I've been having a problem with bleeding during intercourse. its happened several times with my partner over the year that we have been sexualy active and i wasn't too worried because it was a rare occurrence in our sex life and we figured we'd just torn something. but the last three times we've had sex its happened and theres been much more blood than prior occurrences. I have had one other sexual partner two years ago whom a condom broke on one occasion with and my current partner was checked for sti's before we got together and is clean + we always use condoms and lube. the blood is bright red and thin. I am on the contraceptive pill. I bleed A LOT the first two times I had sex but figured this was normal? what's wrong with me?

Hello,

Post-coital bleeding and too heavy bleeding can be due to cervical polyp or other growth. You need to have per vaginum examination and USG.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
