What Causes Excess Cravings Towards Eating Chocolate Bars And Dairy Foods?
hello i drink around 1 full can of condensed milk every other day, i can not stop i feel like i need the sugar but it makes have headaches and i don t sleep to well and my appetite is very poor, i have the food here but all i want is condensed milk or chocolate bars, what should i do?

Increased craving for sweets and not feeling satiety is indicative of deranged metabolism . You should get a blood glucose profile done . High insulin in blood blocks the receptors of leptin and does not let feel satiety and is commonly seen in prediabetic and diabetic conditions . Such manifestations are indicative of habit problem as well as some metabolic disorder . Eat 3 to 4 times daily only and there should be atleast 5 hour gap between 2 meals so that insulin can reach to normal base levels . Between 2 meals drink only plain water . Exercise regularly , brisk walk of 45 minutes 5 days a week gives you most of the health benefits of exercise . Practice yoga or deep breathing exercises .
