What Causes Excess Fatigue After Taking Aspirin For Pain In Left Chest?

Hi I am a 54 year old woman. Very over weight and have had angina in the past.I have pin prickling pain on the left breast to measure a 5 on a scale from 1-10.This is the third day in a row.Taking aspirin which helps, and then afterwards I feel exhausted.Any advise?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the symptoms given here it may need EKG and ECHO test and stress cardiograph, if this comes unremarkable then chest pain may be due hyperacidity and it can be tried with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
