Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of excess nosebleeds. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like infection , trauma, allergic and nonallergic rhinitis , hypertension, use of blood thinning medications and alcohol abuse. Need not to worry. You should maintain hygiene and do nasal saline rinses. Avoid touching or picking nose with any sharp object. Avoid blowing nose hard many a times. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may check vitals, may order ECG, TMT and complete blood profile. For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take steam thrice a day.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
