What Causes Excess Saliva With Sharp Chest Pain Suggest?
My mom said she s waking up over the last couple of nights with excess saliva that she spends time (5min!) spitting into the sink. Also had sharp pain in her stomach area and mild chest pain. Last night she thought she was running a low fever. Today the fever was gone and by tonight the pain had subsided some.

I appreciate your concern for your mother, her complaint of excessive saliva and abdominal pain, may be related with hyperacidity, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in a day at evening time, this is nothing to worry and every thing would be fine, take care.
