What Causes Excess Stomach Bloating Inspite Of Having Healthy Food?
I stopped drinking awhile ago. Since then I have not been able to go the bathroom regularly which my doctor said happens to people. Now, I eat salad and have cereal for dinner. Need to drink more water. My stomach is so bloated and I look like i m pregnant. Always tired. I think this is a problem. I did start exercising, but still not regular. The only time I seem to fully empty my bladder would be the day after I have a couple glasses of wine.
Hello All these symptoms may be due to withdrawal syndrome of wine , still you like wine ( it seems ). Excessive cereal also produces bloating. Indigestion is another reason of bloating. These measures may be useful for you. Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks .It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To help control stomach bloating one should not drink excessive te or coffee or eat chcolates or spicy or greasy foods. Also take some antacid but if symptoms are severe you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantaoloc-d . Tension , anxiety are other factors for bloating . Excessive food is also responsible . Still no relief consult a doctor . GOOD Luck
