Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Excessive sweating or bed wetting may be as a result of hypoglycamia (low blood sugar) due to use of insulin. Hypoglycaemia while on insulin is a common problem. Blood sugar level of 140 or 156 is slightly low after meals or at night. This means sugar level may be even lower at time of sweating. You are advised to lower the insulin dosage taken at dinner by consulting your doctor.
Profuse sweating during night could be because of other reasons as well which are mentioned below :-
1. Infections such as tuberculosis, abscesses, endocarditis, etc could cause night sweats.
2. Fever associated with infections or other problems can cause night sweats. Medicines taken to lower fever, such as aspirin and acetaminophen, can sometimes lead to sweating
3. Hormonal problems can lead to Night sweats.
4. Night sweats could be due to some medications mainly anti-depressants.

So it can be due to intake of above medicines as well in absence of low blood sugar.

Refer to a physician
Hope this information helps
