What Causes Excess Sweating, burning Sensation In Chest And Sore Throat?

I am 40 years old but have had sweating in the chest area when laying down or sleeping. This sweating is so bad that when I wake in the morning my clothes and bed are soaked. This has been going on for about 4 years now but has been getting worse. My chest also burns when I lay down, not bad but just hot feeling inside lungs. I also have severe snoring that has developed in the last 4 years and has been getting worse. This snoring is mouth snoring as I sleep with my mouth open. This gets so bad I wake up with the back of my mouth swelled up and sore. Sometimes with sore throat in morning. Could these be linked together? And what could be the reason I am experiencing either of these symptoms? Why do both seem to be getting worse?
