What Causes Excessive Belching Along With Severe Abdominal Pain?

I have seen two doctors, including a gastroenterologist, about excessive belching. I have had an an endoscopy and a colonoscopy, both are negative. I suspect, after doing some research, that I may have Meganblase syndrome. I have experienced severe pain in my stomach and upper body, including up into my neck, after some meals. What can I do about it? I am 74 years old, and the excessive belching has been an issue for over two years. I am taking omeprazole 40 mg. daily for Gerd.
