What Causes Excessive Belching With A Smell Of Sulphur?

Hey, Hope you are well. I have excessive belching which smells and tastes of Sulpher. Also black stools, and pain in lower left abdomen (which also radiates through to my back). Can you please advise of the cause of these complaints. I suspect, perhaps, a bleeding ulcer? Grateful Thanks, Davie.
