My son is 32 yrs old and for the past year has had constant belching issues even when he isn t eating nor drinking. He eats very little and only sips his drinks when eating his meals. He feels like he is going to vomit. he has had many test but they can t seem to find the problem. They had him on a special diet and that didn t even help. Do you have any suggestions?
This can be reflux which might have been caused by a hiatal hernia that might not have been diagnosed. Go to gastroenterology doctor and get an endoscopy done.
In endoscopy, if he is having a hiatal hernia or something then it will be detected and cause for the reflux will be found out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
