Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Since a headache is associated with neurological features thus consult a neurologist for examination to exclude aseptic meningitis and investigation (CT -- head) for necessary management.
It is wise to see your primary doctor or an ophthalmologist (visual migraine) or ENT doctor (to exclude a vestibular migraine) so that it can be treated on a preventative basis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Munish Sood

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Since a headache is associated with neurological features thus consult a neurologist for examination to exclude aseptic meningitis and investigation (CT -- head) for necessary management. If the examination/investigation comes normal it could be simple tension headache, migraine headache, acute stress reaction, which has to be managed accordingly. It is wise to see your primary doctor or an ophthalmologist (visual migraine) or ENT doctor (to exclude a vestibular migraine) so that it can be treated on a preventative basis.
