My 14 year old daughter s eyes blink excessively and she says they are sensitive to light. She has allergies and take allergy shots weekly and uses eye drops, flonaze , and allergy medication daily. Could there be another reason her eyes blink so much?

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic forum. I understand your concerns.
These are possible causes that you mention but some other should be considered in this age. Most common are habitual tics and refractive errors so for a start, she should see ophtalmologist and check her sight. If this is fine then neurological examiantion is required since some optic nerve issues may be present. Third, emotional stress and anxiety in piuberty may lead to this too so you should have it on mind.
I hope I have answered your query.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
