What Causes Excessive Blinking Of The Eyes?

Hi, My son is 3.5 age, recently he started blinking his eyes multiple times while talking, playing , watching tv , while studying...We had showed to the eye specialist, initially doctor said there is no problem this must be bcoz in school children watch each other and do the same.We started eye drops and then he was fine..But after a month he started blinking again.The doctor said he got cylindrical number -1.50 and -2.00..But we are worried this will be for life time or any any options which can reduce his problem.(currently he is not blinking.). Pls advise. Regards,xxxxx
