I am a 44 year old woman that presented with a urinary tract infection and then constipation. My doctor sent me for a test that showed spinal and renal infarcts. Like heart attacks in other parts of your body. I was admitted to hospital because of potential blood clots. I stayed for three weeks and in that time I found I had enumerable enlarged lymph nodes. Test were done and they saw necrotizing granulomas as well as multiple swollen lymph nodes. When in the hospital for bowl pain I was operated on and they discovered I had another blood clot in my small intestine. They took 12 inches out, a double bowl resection. Still on Frag min, a blood thinning needle. Had a mediascopy done to rule out lymphoma or Hodgkin or non Hodgkin disease. At present there are no indicators of cancer. The surgeon that did the surgery wants me to go see a Sarcadosis specialist. However, my pulmonologist disagrees saying necrodizing grandulomas are not found in Sarcadosis. However, I did some research on line and there are some cases where Necrosis is found. Necrosis, usually minimal and focal, may also be seen in granulomas of sarcoidosis . Superlative necrosis may also occur but is very rare in Sarcoidosis. My pulomonologist want me to see a infectious disease specialist. From Sept 2014 till Nov 2014 I went from 180 to 127. Weak and needed help in all areas of living. Stronger now, still have pains in chest, back and shortness of breath. Do I do both? meaning listening to both the s urgent and the pathologist. See the Sarcodosis specialist and the infectious disease specials as well. It been a long hall and even the hemotologist cant find a name for my blood clotting disorder. I have 6 specialist and no diagnosis or treatment plan.
