Hi

I have gone through your query.

There are many reasons for increased sweating. It is possible that you just sweat more than other people do and because your sweat glands produce more watery and less salty sweat. This is a personal difference between people. A few things you can try is using an antiperspirant at first. If this does not help, consider discussing a vagotomy or taking medications for this to reduce sweating.

A doctor would be needed to discuss this and to suggest the medications and investigations for this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
