What Causes Excessive Burping And Blisters On The Roof Of The Mouth?
Ive been burping a lot more than usual for the last month and I developed what I guess is an ulcer but feels more like a blister on the roof of my mouth on the right side where it looks like missing skin I can t help but go over it with my tounge where it tastes kinda bloody
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of excessive burping and blisters on the roof of the mouth which is mainly due to production of acid/ bile and accumulation of gas. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Avoid large meal. You should take small but frequent meals. You should gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine. Avoid hot, sharp spicy foods. Take antacids such as omeprazole after meals. If symptoms keeps on persisting, visit Gastroenterologist/ oral physician once for evaluation and start treatment as per diagnosis. Your symptoms will resolve. Take diet rich in soft, plain and fiber rich food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
