What Causes Excessive Burping And Pressure In The Chest?

I burp between 20-40 times a day. Most often the burps are tasteless. I feel a light pressure (not pain) in my chest between my breasts, then I burp 3-5 times. Shortly, I repeat this sequence. Sometimes the burps are loud, sometimes very quiet. I feel bloated many times, but not always. Another symptom I have almost every morning is cloudy, milky urine. I take a water pill and urinate very often. As the day progresses, the urine clears up. Sometimes my urine has a strong odor, not like ammonia. The best I can describe it is that it smells musty or yeasty. I have diabetes that is fairly well controlled: A1C - 6.7 I take Glimeperide 4 mg 2x day.

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
It seems that your excessive burping may be due to gastritis.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 30 mg in the morning before breakfast along with a probiotic and a digestive enzyme preparation after meals for relief from your symptoms.
Your urine symptoms can be due to Urinary Tract Infection.
Following investigations can be helpful:-
1. Ultrasound of whole Abdomen.
2. Endoscopy.
3. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity).
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation by your doctor and according to the reports of your investigations. I hope this is helpful to you.
