What Causes Excessive Crying By An Infant While Lying Down?
Hi my son is 13 months and has always gone down for naps and bedtime really well but in the last couple of days, he is crying incessantly when I attempt to lie him down. I go in and comfort with rubbing his back and repeat "nap time" but he still stands up when I leave and cries.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such crying of baby could be nonspecific and it could be due to crying tendency, at the most colicky abdomen pain or respiratory distress could be the cause and these can be ruled out else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
