What Causes Excessive Discharge And Itchiness In Vagina Despite Taking Diflucan?

After my husband finished inside of me, my vagina began to burn like no other. I put a cold compress and the swelling and burning went away. The next 24 hours I started feeling itchy, the burning came back and it began to burn upon urination. I went to the gyno, she said it was a mess but couldn t tell me what it was. Whether it was yeast or BV so she sent me on my way and asked that I wait until the test confirmation and she ll treat it. A day later the burning became much worse to the point I was afraid of using the ladies room. I begged that she treat it. She said she would send me diflucan but I thought it may be BV so she sent me tinidazol as well. I took both as the bottle recommended. Today (day 5) I noticed my symptoms were lessening, which was great! I was tired of being in pain. Until a few moments ago I used the ladies room and noticed a lot of discharge with a sour smell. Could it be from the antibiotics? I m also starting to burn again as my vulva is completely red.
