Are you anxious or have any kind of stress. First address these aspects be cause they may be causing a disturbed sleep. Also practice sleep hygiene like finish you dinner/supper 2 hrs before going to bed and have a light meal, avoid electronic media prior to bedtime, avoid substance abuse and have comfortable surroundings like fresh bed linen, no sharp lights and sounds, comfortable room temp etc. If despite this, you are unable to sleep, you may take a prescription drug for which you will have to consult a doctor in your vicinity as they are available only on doctors prescription.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shashi Dangwal, Pulmonologist
