What Causes Excessive Drowsiness All Along The Day With Weakness?
Ive been sleeping alot in the day for the past six weeks and have had no energy. Its now got worse and I have pains in my kidney areaand sternum mainly worse at night im also cold alot and my urine is transparent. Ive had a blood test and ive been told I have an internal infection as one of my readings should be max 5 and it was 27. Ive been on antibiotics since thursday and now I have a metal taste in my mouth and also keep feeling sick. Ive not slept today which is brill and had more energy but had more stomach pains. What can you suggest.

First of all if your blood test shows some internal infection ,then it must be ruled out what kind of infection it is by blood culture and urine culture,so proper sensitive antibiotics can be given to eradicate the infection properly.
Since you are having lethargy and sternum (bone) pain ,Kidney (might be pelvic bone pain) especialy at night ,I would suggest to get an appointment of Haematologist and Oncologist, so your blood report can be evaluated for any abnormal cells and suggest some other important investigations.
The taste of your mouth ,might have changed because of antibiotics ,you are taking.stomach ache can also be side effects of some antibiotics.For that you should discuss above mentioned things,then you can get through the diagnosis of your symptoms.
