What Causes Excessive Fatigue And Lack Of Focus After Treating Viral Fever?

Hi Doctor,12 days back I had severe viral fever for almost 3-4 days. Since i have been recovered from it already. But since 3 days I am feeling so much weakness and drowsiness all the time. I took off from all my work still m feeling very weak and less focus on doing anything.

After viral fever thw body is usually tired and weak you require to replenish by drinking more water and juices than usual that helps the body to maintain the fluid balance
