What Causes Excessive Gas In The Stomach After Consuming Meat?

hi sir its been four years my stomach gas moving it to my brains. I get angry very soon i cant think anything I am fed of this thing. this happens only when i eat masal foods or restaurant food on nonveg at home. but iam good when i only eat dal. how can some one live only on dal.

According to your complain you have problem of abdominal gas after eating fatty food .
Some food allergy also cause bloting in stomach.
Intestinal infection also cause this type of symptoms.
Intestinal condition like celiac disease may ruled out.

Stress and anxiety may aggravate a condition..
Too fast eating and alcohol drinking may cause this type of symptoms.

If this problem long time in duration than think about irritable bowel syndrom.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper history and investigation give exact idea.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnip, broccoli.....

Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Drink more water per day..

Lemon water and Tutsi leaves helpful in digestion

Use garlic and ginger in food .Take fruits like peach ,avocado, kiwi....
Ginger tea help in digestion.

Simethicone drug can use to relieve a gas.
