I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It is normal to notice signs of ageing in late twenties. However, nowadays due to constant stress and environmental factors like exposure to UV rays and pollution, these signs are showing up even in early twenties. I would suggest you add antioxidant-rich food like berries, kale, green tea to your diet. In addition you can take occasional supplement of
vitamin E and C. Both the vitamins have antioxidant properties, and they prevent
free radical injury which is one of the factor in aging process. Talking about hair loss, it is caused by various factors like genetics, hormonal changes in body, anemia to name a few. Apart from that, once hair growth cycle enters telogen phase hair loss get extensive, and resumes to normal without the need of treatment. Moreover,
masturbation does not cause hair loss, signs of aging, or cause
impotence. However, if your concerned about overdoing it, you should
seek medical help like going to a
counselling therapy. Apart from that you may get tested for androgen levels in your body, and a complete blood picture to rule out anemia.
In addition, you can take Biotin, vitamin A and C supplements. For hair loss, you can try
Minoxidil 5% application. To prevent skin from aging further, regular use of sunscreen is essential. I would also recommend you to keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, and moisturize your skin regularly.
