What Causes Excessive Hunger Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

A lengthy question. I m a 25 yr old male and I feel hungry almost all of the time. I eat plenty but even then if I go more then 3-4 hours without food I get really light headed and tired. What can I do if I ve already eaten all I should eat as far as calories .

Dear sir. You need complete evaluation with complete blooc counts, BP, sugards, Renal function tests and liver function tests. Usually even if diabetic, this case happens and also happens in anemia. Kindly get it evaluated with your physician and consider treatment further
