What Causes Excessive Menstrual Bleeding Along Wit Severe Headaches?

My girl and me had sex with and without protection on 23 july but she had an ipill the very same day and then she missed her cycle and we had sex again on 5th of September till then she didn t have her menstruation cycle however in October she had her periods which had heavy flow and further on the flow did not stop and at the end there was a tiny bean like chunk which came out of her vagina when she bled she had all symptoms of getting a natural abortion. Was it a confirmed natural abortion???? And then now she s having severe headaches and noise bleeding! What exactly it is? Kindly reply ASAP i dont want her to suffer anymore!!!!!!!! Hello,

There isn't any way to say for sure if she had a miscarriage without knowing first if she was pregnant, or if the tissue were sent for pathology study.

The I Pill can make periods irregular for a month or two, so the heavy bleeding may have been from that.

If she is having severe headaches, she should go in to be seen in person as new, severe headaches must be evaluated.
