General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to pelvic inflammatory disorder, fibroid/adenomyosis, endometrial dysplasia, hormonal imbalance, and systemic infection. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, routine blood tests, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and endometrial biopsy to confirm cause. Specific treatment will depend on cause.

Progesterone pill and Tranexamic will help to reduce bleeding. Take paracetamol for fever. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, eat healthy diet with iron supplements.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
