What Causes Excessive Mucus Buildup In The Nose?

Hello, i seem to have a constant build up of mucus behind my nose which when cleared, comes straight back. Also, i seem to always need to clear my throat and especially after eating there is mucus which needs to be cleared. This has been going on for a few months now.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful to get relief. I would also recommend to take antihistamines like cetirizine and mast cell stabilizers like monteleukast for 2 weeks.
