Hi there,,,welcome to HCM -Most likely you are dealing with skin condition called pitted keratolysis... It is a superficial bacterial infection that affects the soles of foot... It is characterized by whitish skin and clusters of punched-out pits with a foul smelly feet.. -Apply fusidic acid 2%cream twice a day. -Wear shoes for as short a period as possible. -Do not wear same shoes for consecutive days and wear them after drying in the sunlight for 2-3 hrs. -Use cotton socks and change them daily. -Apply antiperspirant to the feet at least twice weekly. Hope this will help.
