What Causes Excessive Pain In Pectoral Muscle When I Bend My Head Forward?

when i bend my head forward I have excessiven pain in my left pectoral muscle. It aikes all the time just worse when I do this. No pain in the right. 50, good health, electrical contractor, yes I work in the field, up and down ladders. Felt around no lumps just figure I m getting old and it s another groan but, when I bend my head forward damn that hurts

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to frontal sinusitis, if this is not infection then it can be treated with "Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen" three times in day, drink more water, have some steam inhalation, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
