What Causes Excessive Perspiration From The Head And Feet?

I have Raynaud s Phenom. i also perspire excessively from my head and my feet. I am female, 67 yrs old. Is there something I can do to relieve any of these symptoms? I read (briefly) about the sympathic nervous system possibly contributing to these factors. Thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Overactivity of sympathetic system can be cause of excessive sweating.
However, you need to consult your rheumatologist for clinical assessment and thus diagnosis.
Beta blockers or anxiolytics may be of help but only after consulting your doctor.
