General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
There is sinus problem with excessive saliva or mucus and difficult breathing , all these symptoms may be due to .
Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , due to allergy such type of symptoms develops . Allergen may be dust , pollen, mite, hay , fumes , smokes, sudden rise and fall of temperature , cold dumpy site .
2nd reason of such symptoms may be due to allergy with super added INFECTION . Due to this there develops mucus or expectoration . Also there develops post nasal discharge which causes such type of embracing situation ( difficult to breath ).
In my opinion consult an E N T and get his opinion and consultation.
Good luck.
