hi , i started to complain from excessive saliva after placing a posterior bridge, it is not the first time to do such treatment , the same doctor who treated me before do the bridge , i didn`t suffer previously , i don`t know the cause ,will you help me please

Excessive salivation after placement of a posterior bridge is of not much concern. It is normally due to slight irritation related to a foreign body, which could be due to the bridge or the luting cement used. This will reduce in 3-4 days.
Just try to swallow the saliva rather than spitting it out. Excessive salivation if persisting more than a week can be some periodontal problem due to wrong prosthesis. In that case you should consult your dentist.
