General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It may be gastritis or peptic ulcer as all other investigations are normal. For that, you can tab. Pantoprazole and do upper GI endoscopy after consultation. Avoid spicy and hot food. Take food on regular basis. Avoid heavy food and non-veg foods. Don't sleep immediately after a meal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
