What Causes Excessive Sleep Attacks And Fatigue During Day?
How can I stop sleeping most of the day and early evening and being unable to sleep at night. I seem to feel tired during the day and early evening but wide awake all night. I have very little energy any time of day or night and can t seem to want to leave the house. The days I force myself to stay awake all day I still am unable to sleep during the night even though I feel tired, then I am awake for up to and over 24hrs
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have problem of excessive sleep attacks and fatigue during day. Well i would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper evaluation , because the symptoms are probably due to sleep apnea ,without any delay because sleep apnea sometimes leads to heart attack . Doctor may recommend CPAP machine to correct the problem. I would suggest you to
- Along with CPAP machine your should do light exercises.
- Also use humidifier along with CPAP machine , which will mosite the air and prevent the mucosa from drying .
- Control your diet and lose some weight.
- Start do light exercises like yoga and meditation.
- Try on sleep on side .
Take glass of warm milk before going to sleep as it will help with sleep .
