I take 24 hour, 180 mg Allegra every morning before I eat cold cereal for breakfast. I prepare an 11 oz. glass of water and grape juice, half & half. I take one teaspoon of Benefiber, one teaspoon of Real Fruit Pectin, Centrum Silver multi-vitamin, 1200 mg fish oil, 250 mg of vitamin C, and 81 mg aspirin. I weigh 155 pounds. I get 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night. At mid-morning I am drowsy and often fall asleep. After my noon meal, I need a 60 minute nap so I can concentrate on reading material. I am guessing that I need to reduce the dosage of Allegra to 30 mg to see if that is adequate to stop coughing on post nasal drip, and sneezing. If 30 mg is inadequate, then increase to 60 mg, etc. until I get a good compromise on the dosage I need. What do you think? Thanks for accepting this message. Jim C
