I have read your question and understand your problem. You seem to feel very tired, fatigued and feeling very restless and sleepy at the end of the day. Do you have any other symptoms apart from this.
If you have just these symptoms and no other symptoms, you need not worry much. It can be due to excess work stress and due to lack of proper diet and
relaxation techniques.
Try to eat healthy. Eat god food like fruits, vegetables and dry fruits. Do regular exercise whatever you like, be it walking, swimming or any game involving physical activity. Practice some relaxation techniques like yoga,
meditation. These practices will help you to get sound sleep at night and also to be rejuvenated throughout the day.
You can get your full blood examination done as low
hemoglobin level or
anemia can lead to such symptoms like fatigue.
If you have any other symptoms like weight gain, feeling excessively cold, then you need to get
thyroid function tests done as
hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroid hormone) can cause such symptoms.
If fatigue is accompanied by
weight loss, it can indicate serious conditions like cancer as well.
If you have any other symptoms apart from fatigue, visit your physician to get further testing done. Otherwise just follow healthy lifestyle changes.
