What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Pain In The Lower Back?

I am 62 I have been sleeping all the time it s not like I am tired but I keep falling asleep I am sleeping day and night. I don t think I have a fever but when I pee it comes out and it doesn t hurt it is hot. I was just at the Dr s for my exam and he didn t find anything but about a week later the sleeping started and pain in my lower back kinda hip but in back. My main problems are my sleeping all the time. I had mono when I was a teen and the sleeping reminds me of it. I know as a teen it lasted a long time the sleeping. But I am married and have been for 43 years so it s not like I get silva from anyone but when I was a teen I wasn t getting Slava either but my only thing that reminds me of when I had mono was the sleeping and not being tired but just falling asleep. It s been going on for 2 weeks.
