What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Pressure In The Head?

Sleepy felt bad over weekend sleeping 10 to 12 hours . Checked B/P, Heart rate, blood sugar, all ok. Bought a thermometer yesterday 98.6 average. Felt better today then around 5 felt bad again . Temp was 96.3. I am 68 Diabetic on B/P meds and Cholesterol meds. Pressure in my head. Ate supper and temp back up to 98.6.
